• The minimum deposit on jl20 is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

• jl20 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where odds were published in error, where events are cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement period specified, or where the integrity of the event is called into question.
• Bets on PBA games are settled based on official final scores as declared by the Philippine Basketball Association at the conclusion of regulation play, including any official overtime periods. Exhibition, practice, or non-official results are not used for settlement.
• Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds update continuously and jl20 may suspend markets at any time during a live event without prior notice. Bets placed before a market suspension is confirmed are valid at the odds at the time of placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event on jl20. These limits vary by event type and competition and are displayed within the bet placement interface.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jl20. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other criminal enterprise.

• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, macros, scripts, or any non-human input method to interact with jl20's games or betting markets unless expressly authorised in writing by jl20.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl20 customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information to jl20 for any purpose, including identity verification, withdrawal requests, or support enquiries.
• Attempting to access jl20's platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law.

jl20 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or other illegal conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
